Teakwood is rot resistant, pest resistant and impervious to water unlike any other medium- it is immortal and perhaps the best medium to make an Under-sink cabinet . The sink here is a top load and cavity cut underneath for taking the plumbing through the louvered cabinet out to the wall behind . It allows for any preventive maintenance and also storage shelves inside the louvered section. the unit is raised by 4" to keep the base dry at all times
